THIS IS THE BEST CHAPTER OF BATMAN R.I.P.
I don't know why, on the table, it's written that is part of "Batman 670".
Perhaps it's an error.
Perhaps plans have changed during printing.

This art has two interpretations:

1 - "Le Bossu" undressing in front of the Joker, because he is gay and wants to have sex with him. (see drool dripping from his mouth)
ahahahahahah

2 - "Le Bossu" venerates the Joker as the ultimate expression of evil and madness.
He wants to look like the Joker, really be himself and not hide behind the figure of the perfect doctor.
To become the monster requires the blessing of his biggest myth ... The Joker!
