10th March 2012 at the third Roll Out/ Roll Cal, atl Southampton organised by All The Cool Stuff; the UK Fan Show Convention dedicated to Transformers, Action Force & GI Joe.

I made an advance order for a 11X17" Single Character Inked commission, here's what i asked for:

"I was thinking a UK themed Firefly - a nice old school Firefly with him holding his original gun in one hand and a detonator in the other, with Big Ben exploding in the background (a call back to this old Action force cover http://www.bloodforthebaron.com/comics/baf/100/d/images/148.jpg ). "

Rob knocked the piece out of the park. To me it looks like a cover quality piece, never mind a simple convention commission. As mine was the most complicated, he did it first, and actually did it his hotel room the day before the con!
