I finally did it!! I now own an actual Bernie Wrightson!!! Woo Hoo!!! I wanted soooo many pieces but I finally decided on the Ice Giant production sketch from the movie Thor. I picked this beauty up @ Planet Comicon 2012.

That it was!!! OH the decisions!!! I was really thinking about getting that other one as well but decided to just get 1 for now. Had to save some money to get some art from the other artists @ PCC. lol.

I was going through Bernie's pages at the Long Beach Comic Expo forever before I finally decided on the skeleton soldier that's in my gallery. I saw Bernie again later that year at the Long Beach Comic Con (yeah they have two shows!) That time the blob creature was simply too nice (and priced too low!) to pass up! That pretty much blew my budget for the rest of the weekend, but it was worth it!

I love Bernie's concept pieces, and this is yet another great Ice Giant rendering. I just added an axe-wielding Ice Giant to my gallery. If you get the chance, check it out!
