Description

Might actually be from Speed Comics #42, March 1946. The only indicator is "MAR" written in the issue stamp.

You might not be able to see it but the editor notes on the right say "make his eyes slanty ala jap". It was definitely a different time.

UPDATE: It's definitely Speed #42. And, I added the published page which is standard fair for the time.
