I think she meant Bill Ward but who cares! Very nice Piece.

Much like Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring, this Bill Ward piece has a dense richness speaking to the artistic traditions of its own time. The mid 80's colors and vibrant outgoing personalities show in this idealized or abstract face and donning the fashions of her time. The halfway appearance is trapped in between her world and ours, her time period and ours, forever in a half birth page state like a coin flip that ends in a tie.
