Description

John Byrne penciled a number of stunning nudes during his definitive run on the X-Men, but he really took it to a whole new level with this sensuous sketch of Storm. I recall seeing this piece when it was auctioned on EBay back in 2010 and I leapt at the opportunity to buy it when I saw it for sale recently on Anthony Synder’s web site. Pencils never seem to look as good on the screen as they do on paper, but hopefully this scan does justice to Byrne’s line work on this gorgeous sketch.
