Danny Miki? If you want to preserve all that hatching and all. Otherwise maybe Phillip himself? Personally my favorite inkers are along the lines of Tim Townsend, Scott Hanna and Steven Leialoha. But I think for this, Danny Miki with all his extras will work well.

I just saw this now. I don't know if you've inked it yet but I thought I would add my 2 cents. Maybe not ink over the pencils but get whomever you decide to do a blue-line inked copy? This way you have 2 pieces to frame together in showing the progression and style by two artists on the same piece. My suggestions for inkers, Jonathan Glapion. He's cheaper than Miki and you still get his subtle hand. Good luck.
