DescriptionThis Godzilla page was the first page I posted to CAF back in 2012, (along with 14 other pages I had at the time). My wife got this page off eBay in 2011 for $35, it was 1 of 5 pages listed, in hindsight I would have asked for all 5, although at that time of collecting I felt I only need the one page. I met Georges Jeanty at HeroesCon 2022 and he was very interested in if I knew the whereabouts of the other 4 pages (I do not). Georges did sign this page for me while we spoke. And while this page was not published it was featured in Georges 2019 sketchbook. I am not a Godzilla super fan but I do appreciate the character and his history and felt a "monster" page was something I needed in my collection.Godzilla VS Gamera, original unpublished art page #5. Done by Georges Jeanty. Don Hillsman II started to ink as seen in Godzilla's eye in panel 1 and the text boxes. Social/Sharing |
