Uhura, from Star Trek TOS, by Jeffrey Moy

I'm a life-long Star Trek fan. It's one of the earliest shows I remember watching as a kid. (I was three when it premiered...oh God, I feel so old.) One of my favorite episodes was "Mirror, Mirror", the one in which Kirk, McCoy, Uhura and Scotty were shifted over to a violent, parallel universe while transporting up during a storm.

This sketch represents Uhura in a skimpier version of the outfits worn by the female crew members in that alternate universe. Jeffrey Moy did a great job on it; it turned out better than I imagined.

Sweet drawing of Uhura, right down to her cute little hidden dagger. Ah, I remember that parallel dimension episode well. Spok with a beard?? How illogical!
