WHAT THE-- Is Groot worthy to carry the Hammer of Thor? Apparently so, according to this issue of Thors. On this stunning cover drawn by the great Dale Keown, we see a supremely powerful looking Groot, holding up Mjolnior and looking mighty God-like. I am so used to seeing Dale Keown drawing massively bulked up Hulks that it takes a little getting used to seeing Keown drawing Groot. I love the way the power in Mjolnir appears to be changing Groot. Light from the Hammer is bursting out all around Groot, bathing him in a sparkly Asgardian Glow. What it's doing to his power levels, God only knows. Fabulous pick-up, congrats!

"I am Groot" aka "I am worthy!" :) Clearly Keown's work right when you look at it. He gets to show out quite a bit detail-wise with the character! Congrats!
