DescriptionI had some big reservations about this book/idea, especially done by Marvel/Disney. The new Predator books have been better than I expected, but I was worried this one would be soft.Happy to report this was a fun book. While far from perfect and definitely not Batman vs. Predator, this was a really cool story with amazing art. The idea to have different artists depict the different eras and times in Wolverine's life - and thus different battles with the same Predator - was a super cool visual storytelling device. When I first opened this book and saw the art that takes place in the present, I was as blown away as Wolverine's shoulder! It was gritty and raw and violent, harsh, just like the two combatants. I was super lucky to work out a great deal with the great Ken Lashley! Social/Sharing |
