DescriptionI was very really lucky and able to be one of the individuals selected to get a Steve McNiven Commission at NYCC. I really love his work and always wanted an OML piece. I also really loved Miller's take on Wolverine back in the day. One of the best limited series ever!! I miss 1982..... I asked for a rendition of OML after the cover to Wolverine #1.When I picked this up I could not believe it. I was smiling ear to ear and Steve even commented that he really did not want to give this one up. Of all the ones he did for NYCC this was his favorite. Needless to say it is mine as well. Thank you Steve and Spencer for allowing me this opportunity. Social/Sharing |

As a HUGE OML fan this is a mind blowing commission!!! It's easy to see why Steven wanted to keep this one. Major congrats and perhaps Dexter Vines can lay some inks on it?

It really came out very well. For me, I'd be a little sad knowing I'd never see these pencils again. In any case, congrats on a truly fabulous drawing! It would be the envy of any collection!

I had the privilege of seeing this one in person - thank you so much, Raymond. You already know how I feel about this piece, but I will reiterate my feelings in three words...

I'm sure at some point mankind will create something as cool as that again. Maybe in a few thousand years or so. Until then though, enjoy owning the most awesome thing that ever awesome-ed. :- )

This looks better than what I saw on your phone :) I love how Steve draws the hair on Wolverine. I wish I got on his list in time. Congrats.
