DescriptionThis grail piece started when I saw Mark working on a pencil rendering of the new Lady Thor around August, next I saw the rendering of Iron Man, and started to get curious, so I asked Lisa about this piece.Lisa was very excited to tell me that this would be Mark's very first published acrylic painted piece and promised to send me a scan when it's done...she told me it's gonna be A2 size...I was floored... So days later as it got done and I saw the preview, I knew I have to pull the trigger. Of course there was a slight difficulty in shipping the artwork since it's so big, but thankfully and truly thankfully. Andy & Alice Price would be flying to Singapore for STGCC and helped bring the artwork over. First day STGCC I went over to Andy & Alice introduced myself, after a while, Andy said...you're gonna need a bigger portfolio as I was lugging my A3 portfolio bag around. So I bought an A2 one and now it's home, being prepped for framing. The detail of this piece is breathtaking, I can't wait to hang it on the wall so I can discover more and more of its details everyday :) Thank you so much Mark & Lisa for allowing me the opportunity to own this piece, and Andy & Alice for transporting it halfway around the world to its new home :) Social/Sharing |
