Description

Tim started this piece for me at the ill-fated Wizard World Boston back in 2005. I've carried it with me to many conventions since, where it never seemed to get finished. But Tim assured me he'd finish it off this year at ECCC09, and looking at the results it was clearly worth the wait.

This piece is wonderful! Sale´s interpretation of Smallville was my favourite part of "Superman for all seasons" and this beauty is full of this magic!

Wow! One of the best of his I've seen and given the news of his passing really strikes the heart. Lovely image.

Superman in the clouds has certainly taken on a different feel since the news of his passing.

What a spectular piece and perfectly timed to be highlited on CAF.

Tim's sudden passing is a loss felt far more broadly than just those that were lucky enough to knew him personally. Spider-Man Blue is still my one of my most common rereads, a perfect book. He left an indelible mark on a whole community and we will miss him greatly.
