DescriptionThere are some pages of art that never seem to be attainable, and Terry Dodson art from the graphic novel – SONGES CORALINE fits that bill. Coraline was published in French in 2006 by Humanoids Publishing. Coraline is the tale of a beautiful governess that comes to a country mansion to take care of the young precocious boy who is an eccentric inventor. While staying in the mansion Coraline has a series of strange, erotic dreams.Her erotic dreams include – being captured by pirates, surviving a shipwreck only to be taken prisoner by natives, and seduced by a young handsome Tarzan-like character. Songes Caroline is filled with superb images of Coraline in a variety of Victorian corsets and diaphanous nightgowns, as well as plenty of nude panels as well. This book was later republished in English under the title – MUSE. Dodson created some breath-taking good girl art and pages from this 53-page book are scarce and highly collectible. Landing this page with three Coraline images means I can check another one off my bucket list. Social/Sharing |

Congrats! This series was drawn magnificently. I never realized how difficult art from this series was to obtain so I'm glad I picked up the page I got when I did. Your page might have mine beat though.

Great to have a page from one of the greatest comic art muse books and I still toast her and Dodson when admiring the best watercolour of Coraline I was lucky enough to add to my collection. Bottoms up to such inspiration!
