Description

Memphis Comic Expo 2015 - this piece is so VERY different from any other Donna Troy art I have. I commissioned this piece from Matthew Southworth to pick up at the show - so, Sunday, when I stopped by his table, he had begun working on a piece but wasn't happy with it, so he asked to start over on a new version, one that he'd be happy with. We arranged to meet downtown today (Tuesday after the show) since he was still going to be in town. And this is the cool result - a moody shot of Donna in a rare state of quiet and tranquility, looking out through a large window at the city with a smile on her face in the reflection. Just a nice slice of life character moment.
