Description

In rare opportunity to get a sketch from an Eisner award winner, I requested for 2 sketches from Lan Medina. This was the priority piece and is still one of my favorites.

I wanted him to sketch Wolverine (because this is a Wolverine blank) and Bigby Wolf from the Fables series that won him the Eisner. The result was simply astounding. :)

Note: I like commissioning sketches or full cover art from artists where they use a character from the comic book on which it's being drawn, and a character that they created or have already worked on. You will see I have a few with this theme already
