Description

In the last 40 years, Andreas has built a strong, intensely personal body of work, mixing fantasy and adventure with a good dose of esotericism. His stories always leave you with the idea that a lot was happening behind the curtains while you were reading...

Rork is his first major series. Clearly, the influence of US Comic Books is one of Andreas' main sources of inspiration. He himself made no secret of it by naming two of his characters Bernard Wright and Adam Neels!

This Escher-like splash page shows Rork mentally deconstructing a sphere, allowing the floating pieces of a house to reassemble themselves in reality (yes! this is THAT kind of story... and it's only Volume One!).
