DescriptionEnthralled as I am by the pencil and ink combination on original art, I tend to forget that our beloved comic stories mostly come in lively colors. But then I came upon that 2 page combo (this one and next entry to this gallery) that amply demonstrate how much labor of love goes into coloring...So, here we are, with this page of Jack Kirby's Hunger Dogs Graphic Novel, fully enhanced by vibrant colors, thanks to Bill Wray, who, as he kindly informed me, was 100% in charge for this page! You can check how it looks without the overlay on the additional picture, but believe me, the scan cannot do it justice! Social/Sharing |

It's a nice page you made a good choice. It reminds me, I don't Greg gave me one of the pages. The more I look at the page there may have been some white highlights. He added he was a highlight addicted.

White highlights wouldn't surprise me! The luminosity on this page is so high... You did full justice to the incredibly powerful art of Jack Kirby!
