Been a fan of Budd's for some time, so when I heard he was in Florida at a con...and sketching, this became a must have. Thanks to fellow GCA member (and my buddy) Hector for picking this up for me

HA! The typical Budd's humour... And having said that, it's a nice but very unusual piece for him... I mean, I would've expected at least a busty gargoyle! ;)

A dark piece lightened up with the humour of the artist. That's still one very scary gargoyle though ;-)))

I really love the "DD was here" engraving on the gargoyle. Typical Budd Root humor! That's what makes it so great. And a great work of art too!
