The artist is Patricia Davis from Oakland, California. The book is edited by Susanna J Sturgis.

I bought this in an auction at the San Diego Comicon Convention years ago. Those were the old days. I met a lot of famous people and artists at that convention. It was the only one that I ever went to in San Diego. Patricia has done a lot of work in science fiction and for illustrations.
