Great original artwork by Carlos Chagas. A copy of the magazine is included.

Alfred is one of the Power Rangers. There's a very cute little picture of Alfred E. Neuman on the medallion revealing his secret identity. It's no secret that Carlos is one of my favorite artists and one of my friends. When Rogerio missed the deadline, Carlos painting this painting and they published it.
