Description

Commissioned at the Cincinnati Comic expo in 2015. I love this. My cat Tiger was my best bud and I always told people he was in love with Catwoman (the picture I have of him is looking at a Catwoman issue illustrated by Darwyn). He sadly died a few days before Christmas in 2014, so when Darwyn was announced for the Cincinnati Comic Expo, I knew I had to get something with Catwoman and Tiger. Darwyn was gracious enough to draw this for me. Every time I saw him over the weekend he always asked how I was. When I picked this up on Sunday he gave me a hug becuae he knew how much it meant to me and saw that I was getting emotional. I'll never be able to thank him enough for this. He was so nice. I hope I can meet him again just so I can tell him thank you one more time.

A beautiful piece- made by a true master of the craft. As a cat lover, I think your tribute to your lost friend is really great. (I have toyed with the notion of having my own rendered as a Green Lantern).
