All right, all right...

I'm obviously a huge Wildstorm fan, but this stumped me so much so that I contacted 3 other Wildstorm experts for their opinions on whether this is Nick's work or not.

I sent scans to both Scott Williams and Eddy Choi for their expertise and, also, I talked with Dave Kopecki when the auction was going on.

Among the 4 of us, we are 99% sure it is Nick.

I posted the back of the piece of board that the profile image is on to show the sketching which is very similar to Nick's prelim stuff.

Nick's work is very scarce and I was under the impression that only 3 people on the planet had Nick's art; 2 collectors here on CAF, and Joe Mendoza who just recently sold some of Nick's work on comiclink and the Manabat family themselves...

As far as I know, Nick has always inked his own stuff except for a WildCATs piece of art from Topps cards which was inked by Scott Williams.

Maybe the thing that is throwing me off is that maybe... possibly that this wasn't inked by Nick.

Ya know what?

It's Nick.

And IF it isn't? It's still a kick-ass piece of art and I'm happy to own it.

R.I.P., Nick...

Congrats buddy, this is a great piece, whether by Nick or not. And one of the best Cybernary images out there, period! Wicked score!
