DescriptionI have been a fan of Dave's for decades and cannot believe that I have a cover by this Star Wars legend. I still don't understand why Disney digitally removed the other two droids from this cover, because the original is stunning! Indeed. This piece is perfect as is. Love the fill image. The reflections on the metal truly immerse the viewer in a second. Congrats!

2-1B, C3-PO, and RA-7 "Death Star Droid" is pretty insider. My guess is that they didn't want the cover to be gatekeeping and any put confusion as to which one is C3-PO to a new generation of readers. They might also be mindful that real life C3-PO may not like to be upstaged on his own book as he often had to share the spotlight with R2.
