DescriptionI recently posted a fabulous Star Wars: ROTJ poster concept piece by Lucasfilm artist, Mark Raats and would now like to show a stunning Shanna the She-Devil piece which I was waiting on and which was finished very recently!I really, really adore this superb piece by Mark who said he enjoyed working on it! I love the pose (not one which I've seen other artists use) and facial expression, the beautiful and appropriate use of colour, the background elements of trees/foliage (which I wasn't expecting), the title and inclusion of Marvel insignia (which I also wasn't expecting but which added a lot of fun to the piece) and the way he highlighted her figure with the use of colour against the B&W background! It's right up there with my Frank Cho, Chris Stevens, Paulo Siqueira and other Shanna pieces which I treasure greatly :) Social/Sharing |
