DescriptionLuis M. Roca drew three stories for Warren Publishing during a particularly dynamic period for black and white comic magazines in the early '70s. These were The Escape! by Larry Herndon, in Vampirella #11, Lover of the Bayou by Jan Strnad, in #17, and The Trap by Greg Potter, in Eerie #36.

I agree, Fantastic piece! I would say Asian yes, but more of the island influence of southern Asia rather than stereotypical Chinese/Japanese that people think when you say Asian, since you asked.

This is a beautiful piece. It's always impressive when an artist put his subject in a non standard pose and it's like "Wow!"
