DescriptionFINALLY!!! It's my Batman and Robin example!!! I think most of you would have noticed that I didn't have a Batman and Robin example in my collection. There were plenty of possibilities to chose from if I just wanted one character or the other by themselves on a splash or cover. I chose to wait for 11 YEARS to land this awesome double page splash featuring an awesome looking Batman and Robin beating up on the Reaper. This image you see here is what I have tried to buy in all of my art, and that is a hero beating a villain or vice versa. I haven't always been successful, but all of the art I have bought is truly unique and beautiful in its own right. I hope you all enjoy the scan even if it is a bit smaller than usual. Well, you couldn't have done any better than this! Tony Daniel is one of the top two greatest Batman illustrators of all time as far as I'm concerned, and this DPS is hands down one of the very best I've ever seen! Congrats!

This is beautiful!! I had no idea Daniel could ink so well. Artwork like this is my favorite. There's so much to look at that it demands your attention past just a quick glance. Thanks for sharing!

I love the forward motion and dynamics of this piece. Doesn't hurt that it features all the central characters of the story on one awesome DPS either. Great piece!
