DescriptionI'd like to take some time and say a special thanx to everyone who has bought art from me the past few months . Without your help, I never would have been able to get all this art from Jason and Mike. So... Thanx!! As for the art itself? Well... let's just say I'm content. A Jason Pearson WILDSTORM cover?!?! How could I NOT be?!?! The re-vamp of the WS titles that took place during the time this art was published was a VERY cool time for me. At least it was for about 2 months. The books had everything that made the WS books so exciting. Top talent, cool variant covers, old faves with new looks... EVERYTHING!! Then things fell apart and they had to change directions... AGAIN. NOW... no WS whatsoever. Makes this cover that much more special to me, though. VERY slim chance of Jason ever doing any published WS work. Happy Birthday to me!! I can't believe Jason still had this piece. I think some of my first e-mails with Mike had this and MAYBE two other older pieces as "wants" on a list. When he said that Jason didn't have any old stuff left, I kind of rolled my eyes and said; "Figures... my luck...". THEN, it turns out it was available!! It's a cover that was PARTIALLY inked and, due to time constraints, was finished digitally. Jason finished it for me and mailed it off. Prize of my collection, for sure.

So here it is! The piece we've all been waiting for! :) AWESOME score for you man, and a heck of a way to mark your birthday! This is classic, vintage Wildstorm by your favorite artist, and just a cool as hell piece, so what's not to love! Huge congrats and happy birthday, buddy!

Incredible! I think Pearson is one of the greatest comic book artists ever. A modern cartoonist with few peers and no betters. Fantastic cover!

Jason's ability to turn a blank page into story is unparalled. What he is able to do with a single IMAGE is unsurpassed, also. Just so much energy!! Thanx for the comments, Thomas!
