Description

This wonderful painting of Bettie Page as a mermaid by Olivia De Berardinis. I consider it comic art since I first encountered Bettie in the Rocketeer by Dave Stevens. I got Bettie Page to sign and inscribe it for me!

Whoa, excellent art! How on earth did you get Bettie's signature? I thought she didn't do many, if any, public appearances!

When I bought the piece from the dealer who was representing Olivia, he said he could get it signed by Bettie, as he visited her every so often to get pieces signed. Of course, I said yes! It took 2 years, but he finally came through for me.
