Ah, Kelsey Shannon. This guy is an enigma. I LOVE Kelsey's work but I've given up trying to figure him out. Beyond being a great colorist, he's an amazing artist in his own right. I really wanted him in my sketch book but I just had to be patient and wait. Well, here it is. As one of Kelsey's favorite films, he chose "Forbidden Planet." Just Fan~TASTIC!! A buddy once posted something kind of funny but very true. Kelsey's artwork is like a sighting of Bigfoot. I am truly honored to have not one but two pieces by him. And the best part about my search for "the white whale," I'm made a new friend.
