Description

This page is the "officIal" first Doomsday appearance in the "New 52", although you could argue the cover to this issue actually is. Part of the "Forevever Evil" storyline (more or less), this was one of the comics that came out with the "lensticular" cover versions, or whatever it was called. They actually looked pretty cool. This is a busy little page as well, and one of the my few original comic art pages I would say looks better in color to give it more definition (or at the very least, separation). I purchased this pages from Mr. Rapmund at last years San Diego Comic Con. Besided being the first "New 52" Doomsday, the price I paid for this page is also interested. I have a certain limit that is the most I will pay for a page of comic art that I have only reached three times, and this was the third time. A little too much of the "collectors fever" was burning in my veins when I bought this page I'm afraid.
