My youngest daughter has become a Dr. Who fan in her old age (24). I, of course, used that as an excuse to create what I think is a terrific Dr. Who Christmas gift.: a drawing of all the Drs. Who signed by all of them that I can find.

I selected Thom Zahler as the artist because he is a friend and was a long time caricaturist before becoming a famous comic artist. He's also a Dr. Who fan. We discussed a few ideas, but the design is his and I'm glad I let him decide. Thom actually used it as a print and was selling them in Houston at Comicpalooza (May 2014) before I gave the piece to my daughter (Dec 2014). She told me on Christmas that she wondered if maybe the OA was for her. Smart girl!

Four of the Drs. Who (#s 5-8) were at Comicpalooza 2014 so I got them all to sign,

David Tennant (10) fell into our trap at Alamo City Comic Con in October, 2016
Christopher Eccleston (9) succumbed to our tracking skills at Rose City Comic Con 2019

Sadly, John Hurt (War Doctor) passed away before we could catch him. That leaves only Tom Baker (4). Tom signs only by mail and our board is too big. He almost never does conventions so our only hope is to hand deliver it to his office in the UK. Perhaps that will happen.
