Description

I have no idea what a Lobo is or was.

I could google it, I know. I suspect it’s the kind of comic that Johnny Foreigner publishes.

Lobo, in my head, right now, is a girls comics soap opera about a girl from Liskeard who's moved to London to work for a Japanese bank. Her friends call her Lobo, as in lobotomised, on account of assorted weekly avoidable, regrettable blunders in her private and professional life. In this page, a cliffhanger from part two of a story called "Conflict of Uninterest", Lobo, in the mornng after the night before, awakes next to a gentleman from the Financial Conduct Authority, who's investigating her bank following one of her trading mishaps three episodes earlier.

I bought this page because I like Mr Bisley’s UK comics work.

Forgive my ignorance.

I believe a lobo is an abbreviation for a lonely hobo if I'm not mistaken.
