DescriptionSpectacular page from Marvel Fanfare #3 for the story, "Into the land of Death" (Marvel - July 1, 1982) by fan favorite artists Dave Cockrum (pencils) and Bob McLeod (inks).The art team that brought us the very first app. of the new team line-up back in X-Men #94. This superb piece features most of the new X-Men as Storm (Ororo Munroe), Colossus (Piotr Rasputin), Wolverine (Logan Howlett) and Nightcrawler (Kurt Wagner). This scene depicts the X-Men flying in Blackbird as Storm uses her powers over the elements to clam the raging tempest. Page is highlighted with terrific images of the beautiful Wind-Rider and the skillful use of zip-a-tone for dramatic effects. Social/Sharing |

Puede sonar a herejía comiquera, pero Cockrum es mi artista favorito de los X-Men. No hay nada más que ver las expresiones de los personajes en esta página para comprender por qué.
