DescriptionMy all time favorite Daredevil story arc is Born Again.My all time favorite Batman story arc is Batman Year One. Both by Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli. Two geniuses at the height of their work. Finding original art from either is very difficult. I heard that David has kept all of the Daredevil pages with the exception of Daredevil #232 and #233. In any case, David moved on from superheroes and created beautiful stories such as Asterios Polyp. Bottom line: his pages are rare. I grew up re-reading Born Again many times, and collecting one of his pieces was always a dream. This particular page is from the last issue Armageddon. I love the "No More" line in it, Ben Urich, and the half splash page. It all comes together. I hope you enjoy this page as much as I do. Social/Sharing |

So you snagged this!? I agree with you - Born Again and Year One are probably Miller's best works - and they hold up amazingly well even today. Congrats on this rare and historic piece!

Great page, I really love the layout of the page and the 4th panel with D is so simple yet so memorable. You made a lot of us cry that day when we were outbid!
