Description

Boy, do I love this one. It's fun to be scary! This is from the fourth issue of The Pulse which featured Norman Osborn wreaking havoc as the notorious Green Goblin. Here he stands mocking the bills posted to advertise the latest issue of the Daily Bugle's, "The Pulse".

It's on 11X17 Marvel cover stock and rendered in pencil with ink wash.
