Description

Just back from the Windy City Pulp and Paper Convention where I picked up this very nice Wally Wood ink wash illustration! It was published in Galaxy Science Fiction - February 1959 for the story "Insidekick" by author J. F. Bone.

With radiation such a threat to the way of life, these science fiction depictions show how the time exploited the fear of the time. Stunning work by Wood to bring images that still can shock and thrill.
