Description

Ace Double D-103 and Ace Single D-339. Ace used this painting on two different books by two different authors. It first appeared on "The Big Jump" by Leigh Brackett in 1955 and then again on "Ring Around the Sun" by Clifford D. Simak
in 1959. This was very unusual and is the only such occurrence of which I am aware. I am including scans of the two editions for reference. Just found the
British usage of this image on a paperback edition of "The Demolished Man" by
Alfred Bester published by Panther in 1959.
