Description

Rafael is one of my favorite current artists, and I've been dying to get his take on my BoG theme for a while, but not just any BoG. I wanted him to tackle a DK BoG. So glad he agreed to do so. Also refreshing to see an artist emphasize the Bat over the Goyle

Nice one Aric! So many awesome design choices condensed into one powerful BoG... The way the shadow of the gargoyle is echoed in the cape... The poised left hand, steadying & ready to leap into action... The DK Bat symbol positioned just behind that right quad... Just brilliant!

That's fantastic. Rafael's talent has grown in leaps and bounds since I first saw his work in Blue Beetle almost ten years ago. His sequential work in American Vampire is brilliant and his commissions are always incredible.
