Of course that last panel makes the page, but the other ones aren't so bad either :)
My first acquisition this year, again many thanks to Claudia for such a beauty!
The most amazing thing is that, at first sight, I thought the artist used some kind of zipatone for the background on first panel and for the old man's jacket ... But I was wrong: the whole page is done in pen and ink only!
Balloons and captions in Italian language were pasted onto the page for its publication in "Lanciostory" and "Skorpio" magazines, between the '70s and '80s.

Along with Alberto Breccia's, Jos� Luis and Alberto Salinas', Del Castillo's works were a reference and an inspiration for the Italian master Paolo Eleuteri Serpieri.

Well, Davide...you are correct. You certainly do know what you are talking about when it comes to Mr. Del Castillo! This piece in your gallery is simply beautiful. I love the last panel, as well - but there is not one panel on this page that is not masterfully done...
