This is a grail page for me. I love Mike Grell's run on Green Arrow, and this series still blows me away.

When I saw a page for this come up on Heritage? I said Buyer's Premium be damned, I am bidding. :) I cannot believe I won.

I cannot believe how beautiful this page is in person. The delicate pencils by Mike Grell, and the watercolors done over them by Lurene Haines...amazing. And it is Large Art, too.

I do wish I had a lettering overlay or somesuch, but I don't need it. PLUS it is one of those awesome pages with the border breaking GA. This will be my last post of 2015, and I only plan on two or three purchases in all of 2016...and I can't think of a better piece of art to end the year on.

Great page Damon! I remember getting the single issues for the Longbow Hunters arc, it's a great story & knockout art!
