I don't understand if it's the original art or a reproduction, anyway a powerful and spectacular image of Black Phoenix by Deodato!

When you have such an iconic image that's either been re-interpreted so many times, or is so well known, it's hard to do a version that stands out from the rest. Deodato really succeeds in doing that here.

Incredible! This one has it ALL; dynamic composition, beautiful Deodato heroine/femme fatale, and a display of absolute mastery with the brush and ink tones. Look at her hair and the shading on her face - it looks as ethereal and captivating as a Simone Bianchi piece, but is Deodato through and through. A stunning, stellar masterwork of a piece; mega-congrats!
