Description… I gave my love a cherryThat had no stone I gave my love a chicken That had no bone I gave my love a... There's love, and then there is TRUE fraggin love. I am honored to have been romanced, seduced, and penetrated by such a love. There's generosity, and then there is the fool idealist who will throw themselves in front of you to save you from any incoming flaming dumpster. This V-Day, may Cupid's arrow bring a Canadian into your life. Somehow, this issue of this miniseries ended up in my grandmother's house, from where it was promptly liberated, by me. It would be YEARS, possibly decades, before I was able to read the preceding 3 issues. But THIS issue? This one I read to death. And the ART! Insanity!!! Not mysterious like Kieth - the opposite - the art is laid bare and there are details abound if one just cares to look. And look I did. I was OBSESSED with the shape of Tribb's glasses. One knew that Lobo was responsible for cutting her legs off, but I never knew when or why. It didn't matter. This was one for the ages, and having this cover is beyond meaningful. Ryan, will you be my Valentine? Social/Sharing |

Hold on, Sherwood knocked you up? He's gonna be a soccer player!
Nice cover, prime era Bisley and prime era Lobo. Confluence and conception. Remarkable.

Not sure how Biz calculated the exact right amount of skulls needed to make this a Perfect Lobo Cover - but clearly the lord moves in mysterious ways. Just a fabulous pick up!!

There Biz goes
There Lobo's again
Racing through my brain
And I just can't complain
This inking that remains
There he goes
Throne of bones again
Pulsing through his veins
And Miguel can't contain
This cover he obtained
There Biz goes
(Inking flows again)
Bring a rose again
(ML Propose Ryan)
Loving unrestrained
(There he goes)
And this hair can't contain
This feeling it retains

Can't believe I'm the first to comment on this piece, but it's a winner! I know what you mean when you say Biz lays it bare in this piece and with his art in general, but there is a lot of subtlety in this cover. The density of lines is nearly uniform acoss the image, yet the Main Man somehow stands out and the bones stretching to the ossified horizon read perfectly.

Sometimes love can penetrate you to your soul, and frag you from the feet on up. This bastich is awesome! Lobo in front of a few million of his dead Czarnians. And teach. I loved this issue, too. Bisley magic. Huge fraggin' congrats!

It's a shame that this piece has been so quickly pushed back by the deluge of 13 coins pages that were put up by one poster which really should the classified section! I almost missed it. Anyways, it's a great and important Bisley piece from his peak period and the peak period (mid 80s to mid 90s) of comic art in general.

Stunner of a cover. Bisley demonstrates once again that HE is the Main Man.
