Description

The turning point of the first-ever New York Comic-Con, the thing which turned it from a great show into a phenomenal one for me, was seeing Giuseppe Camuncoli walk by me while I was prowling Artists Alley. I had brought my custom-bound copy of "The Intimates" series for Jim Lee, Ale Garza, and others to sign, but "Camo," the original artist on the series, was not announced as a guest prior to the event. He just decided to show up!

I quickly got him to sign my book, and I inquired about sketching. He said he would likely be able to do it the next day, and he definitely came through for me! Now I just need to get Joe Casey to sign the book, and I will have signatures from the entire main creative team. New York Comic-Con, Feb. 25, 2006.

The only reason I saw Cammo and was able to get something from him was because of your sketch - so thanks for getting this! ;)
