I was really taken with this when I saw it on Instagram. Absolutely love the level of detail coupled with the grittiness. The composition and lighting are also incredible.

This is whole new level of art commission in my eye. You are incredibly lucky to own this. The amount of detail is jaw-dropping. I also saw this on Instagram and was immediately blown away. I have been familiar with Martinez's work from the past, but now I am a life-long fan after this piece.

What really sets this apart from all other Batman commissions is not necessarily the amount of detail. Normally, Batman is so far above most of Gotham in many other pieces. Here, though, Gotham looms large over and around the Bat. I have always appreciated when writers make the city as much of a character as everyone else. Martinez accomplishes this in this image. And Gotham seems to be attempting to envelope Batman, but the cool, calm Caped Crusader doesn't seem too concerned. He won't have any of that business. He will come out on top.

Thanks for sharing this monumental piece that truly sets the bar for future commissions.

THIS is a great commission. Love the black and white contrast in this piece and the background is outstanding. I am a big fan of architectural background. Congrats!
