DescriptionI wanted this piece for a long time, I lusted it since the mid 80's when Richard Martines showed it to me. I couldn't find him the right piece to trdae this off of him till one day I got in a great Steranko twice up Fury page. I know he got better of the deal but I wanted this sucker for such a long time. It's huge 16 by 24 inches piece and it is not going anywhere, Thanks Rich.Social/Sharing |

Wow, this really takes me back! I remember when Rich showed this to me almost 30 years ago! Man, I can't believe how long we've all been doing this! Are we really that old??? LOL! Anyway, congrats Albert.

Great piece, nice story, sometimes it IS about the art and not the dollar value...

Now how could he have possibly gotten the better of the deal when you sound so happy? And this is certainly THE nicest Rogers piece I've ever seen.

Hi Albert, I hope you have that framed (or scanned and framed) where you can see that every single day. I have a Rogers B&W convention sketch from 1980. Trying to find an artist who can take a scan of it, build our a cityscape background, add the Joker, then color and ink it. Any thoughts on who best to do that? Thank you, Tom (Chicago)
