Description

First time I had a chance to talk to Erik I didn't because while I really wanted something by him, money was low and I mean low. Always kicked myself but this year he came to a small local show and a buddy and I went to see him. Got there and there Erik was, drawing up a storm. Either for fans or for comics he was doing. Helluva work ethic and it showed. And despite everything going on work wise he found time to talk to everyone and it wasn't the "uh-huh, yes, whatever..." types of conversations I see so often when an artist is working. He was engaging and insightful... If it seems like I'm kissing up, it's because I am. Meeting Erik and watching him draw my piece and a few others as well as talking to him... He was a real class act and he was amazing. Thank you for a fun afternoon and wonderful art.
