So here we have my favorite version of Leia...mainly because it is how we first meet her. Strong, tough, defiant, blasting away verbally and with a blaster! :) My VHS copy of Star Wars was played over and over again. And yes, I am one of those who was sorely disappointed in the new films. But I have hope for these next ones....

Anyway! This one is also exciting because it is by a fellow still working his way through art school. I love how delicately he did this! He has the talent, I think, to go far, make a real go of his desire to be an artist.
