DescriptionOne of the most beautiful, I think, of the Wilson paintings, and done very late in his career in 1978. Just has everything!Isn't amazing how wonderful this art is and how crappy the comic looks. You can see why comics died a slow death in the late 70s. Cheap paper, cheap colors and all around toning down of colors. Sad. Social/Sharing |

Have you seen Kirk lately? He is 99 and still going strong. What a great man and actor. They don't make them like him and Charlton Heston anymore. And yes no doubt that is him I think. "No I am Spartacus." "No, I am Flash Gordon." Ha.Ha.
